Welcome to Mister Mann. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

Mister Mann sells cycling products to customers within Australia.

If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Payment information is processed through applicable payment providers. Mister Mann does not intend to store complete payment card details on its own systems.

Mister Mann currently ships within Australia only.

We provide free shipping on orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Mister Mann offers a 30-day return policy.

Our voluntary return policy operates alongside, and does not replace, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers may have rights to repair, replacement, refund or cancellation where products fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

9. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers are entitled to applicable remedies where products do not meet the consumer guarantees.

For goods, these guarantees can include requirements that products be of acceptable quality, safe, durable, free from defects, match their description and be fit for an applicable purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.

10. Product Warranties

Where a manufacturer or Mister Mann provides an additional warranty, that warranty is provided in addition to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

A voluntary warranty cannot replace or remove statutory consumer guarantees.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but you may have return rights under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may have specific terms, conditions or expiry dates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotional codes cannot be combined.
A discount code cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Offers may be subject to product exclusions.
